I believe these were purchased from Bert and May tiles. They are the most unique terracotta that I have ever seen. Below you can see the initial clean as the tiles have been stripped
with this one though the builders actually used a common exterior paving painting known as Weather Point . This product is essentially a weak sand and resin mix that is just brushed in. They were worried about grouting and staining these extremely textured terracotta tiles so cut a corner type thing. Can’t say that I blame them, pointing this the traditional way would have been a nightmare!
